Social Media Management for Growing Businesses

Your content should not just look good.
It should bring people through your door.

Most businesses are not bad at what they do. They just don’t know how to show the right people what they do. Social media done right fixes that. Social media done wrong wastes your time, your money, and your feed.

At Bright & Gray Creative, we build social media strategy for businesses that are ready to stop guessing and start growing. Whether you are a single-location small business or a multi-location organization managing multiple brands, we have a package built for where you are right now.

What makes us different is not just what we post, it is how we show up.

Bright & Gray Creative was built on the back of a production company. Our team includes a 20-year veteran in video production, several broadcast film degrees, designers, and dedicated strategy leads who know your business before they ever create a single post. Branding, web design, photography, video, and social media all live under one roof, which means when your business grows or pivots, we grow with you without missing a beat.

Every Client Starts Here: Marketing Assessment

A strategic foundation for your message, mission, and marketing.

Your brand should do more than look good. It should work for you, especially on social media. That's where our Marketing Assessment comes in.

As a Birmingham-based creative agency serving businesses across Alabama and the Southeast, we begin every social media management partnership with a strategic deep dive. This assessment helps us understand your brand, audience, goals, and existing marketing efforts before we ever create content or manage platforms. We call the final deliverable your ✨ North Star, the document that guides every piece of content and every decision from here forward.

Whether you're starting from scratch or need to realign your social media strategy, this process gives us the clarity needed to build a thoughtful, effective presence that supports real business growth.

We're not fans of posting for the sake of posting. And honestly, you shouldn't be either.

What's included:

  • Brand voice and identity audit

  • Audience research and persona development

  • Market and competitor research

  • A full, 2-hour content session to begin building your content bank

  • A complete strategic roadmap you walk away with

This is required before any ongoing management begins and is equivalent to the cost of one month of social media management.

Real Results: Social media management should move your business forward. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Client: Diana Will, Diana Will Lending Team
Location: Birmingham, Alabama, serving the Southeast
Scope: Social media strategy, content creation, posting and engagement management

In her first 30 days working with Bright & Gray Creative, Diana closed two loans she traces directly back to her new social media strategy. Reel interactions jumped 718%. Facebook views hit 64,583, up 205%. Engagement up 433%.

But the number that matters most is the one that does not show up in a dashboard. Two new clients found Diana because of the content we built together and told her so when they reached out.

That is the difference between content for the sake of content and content built to convert. We do not just grow your following. We build a strategy your business can point to and say, that is where the leads came from.

Client: Reli Title
Industry: Title & Closing Services
Location: 20+ locations across Alabama & Florida
Scope: Social media strategy, content creation, posting and engagement management across multiple accounts, content days, event coverage, website rebuild, local office Facebook page strategy

When Reli Title came to Bright & Gray Creative, their social accounts had been virtually untouched since late 2025. No consistent posting, no strategy, no presence to speak of across any of their locations.

In the first quarter of working together, we published 189 pieces of content across their accounts, up 3,050% from the prior period. Instagram impressions jumped 338%. Total impressions across platforms hit 55,000. Stories went from almost nothing to 49 published, up 4,800%. Page visits on Facebook climbed 18%.

Beyond the numbers, we are rebuilding their website, creating policies for their individual office Facebook pages, and showing up to their events so the content reflects what Reli actually looks like in real life.

That is what multi-location social media management looks like when it is built around coordination, not just content.

Client: Revive Landscape Services
Industry: Landscape & Property Maintenance
Location: Helena, AL & surrounding Birmingham metro
Scope: Social media strategy, content creation, posting and engagement management, Instagram account launch, website rebuild

When Revive Landscape Services came to Bright & Gray Creative, their Facebook page had sat mostly dormant at 200 followers, and they had no Instagram presence at all.

In the first 30 days of working together, we published 19 pieces of content on Facebook and 27 on Instagram, building the Instagram account from zero to 67 followers. Facebook content views jumped 1,094%. Total content views across platforms hit nearly 16,000. Average reach per post on Instagram landed at 212, with their top reel alone reaching over 1,000 people. Page visits climbed 56%.

Beyond the numbers, we are launched their brand-new website within their first month of social media management, giving them a digital front porch to match the presence we built everywhere else.

That is what starting from nothing looks like when the strategy is built to move fast.
