Honestly, I don’t blame you. We’re a good time.
We don’t hire often, and we don’t hire casually. Bright & Gray Creative is a small, collaborative team built on trust, clear communication, and a genuine care for the people we work with — both clients and each other.
Our first hire in 2024 came after a thoughtful, thorough process. We took applications, had a lot of conversations, and were intentional about finding the right fit for our team and our clients.
The second hire came differently. Someone had applied during that first round, and while the timing and role weren’t right then, we stayed in touch. Less than six months later, when a new need aligned, we reached back out without posting the position again.
That’s how we approach growth: intentionally, relationally, and with a long-term mindset.
