Strategic Social Media Management for Complex Organizations
ONE STRATEGY. EVERY LOCATION. ZERO GUESSING.
Most organizations at this level are not struggling because they do not care about social media. They are struggling because nobody owns it. One location posts constantly. Another has not posted since last quarter. The brand voice is different on every account. And nobody has time to fix it because everyone is too busy running the actual business.
Who this is for:
You may be leading an organization that has outgrown the idea of winging it on social media but have not yet found a partner who can handle the coordination that comes with their size.
You might be managing multiple office locations, each with their own audience and their own story to tell. You might have multiple service lines or sub-brands that need to stay connected to a unified identity. You might have someone internally trying to hold it all together, or nobody at all.
What you have in common is this: the complexity of your organization is working against your social media presence instead of for it.
We fix that.
Here Is What Handing It Off Looks Like
You tell us about your organization. We learn your locations, your people, your voice, and what makes each part of your business worth talking about. Then we build the strategy, create the content, manage the accounts, and send you a report every quarter.
Your monthly touch base keeps you informed without pulling you into the day-to-day. Everything else is handled.
We work with your internal team when you have one. We work without them when you do not. Either way, the accounts stay consistent, the content keeps moving, and your brand looks the same whether someone is scrolling your Birmingham location or your Orange Beach office.
If you are ready to hand it off, here is how we get started.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
The difference is coordination. Small Business packages are built around a single account with one voice and one audience. Our Multi-Location and Multi-Brand offering is built around the complexity of managing multiple accounts that need to work together without losing what makes each one distinct. Different strategy, different onboarding, different scope entirely.
-
Both, and that is intentional. We manage each account individually so the content feels local and relevant to each audience. At the same time, everything is built from a unified strategy so the brand voice, visual identity, and messaging stay consistent across every location. Local feel, unified direction.
-
That is exactly what we plan for during onboarding. Part of our expanded marketing assessment covers what is shared across your organization and what needs to be tailored to each market. A location in Huntsville speaks to a different audience than one in Orange Beach, and your content should reflect that without looking like two completely different companies.
The more distinct your markets and audiences are, the more custom the strategy becomes, and that can affect the overall investment. We work through the specifics during your discovery call so you have a clear picture of what coordination at your scale actually looks like before anything is signed.
-
Yes, and for good reason. Content days are how we build a scalable library of real, on-brand photo and video content across your locations without putting constant demands on your internal team. We recommend two content days per month for most multi-location clients, though the cadence is something we work out together based on your number of accounts and overall volume. Bright & Gray Creative was built on the back of a production company. Jason has spent 20 years as a video producer and our Production Coordinator Chloe holds a broadcast film degree. When we show up, we bring a real production team, not just a phone and a ring light.
-
Our core focus is Facebook and Instagram. Depending on your tier and your audience, we can add LinkedIn or TikTok. We make platform recommendations based on where your specific audiences actually spend time, not just where everyone says you should be.
-
Depending on your package, you will have monthly or bi-weekly strategy calls with your dedicated lead. These are working calls, not check-ins. We come prepared with performance data, content direction for the next period, and any questions we need answered to keep things moving. You stay informed without getting pulled into the weeds.
-
Every quarter you receive a full cross-account analytics report covering performance across all your profiles. We track what is working, what is not, and what we are adjusting because of it. For clients on our Growth or Signature packages, reporting goes deeper with location-level breakdowns and executive-level insights.
-
Yes. Some of our multi-location clients have an internal marketing person or team, and we function as their strategic and creative partner. We handle the social media execution so their team can focus on other priorities. We are used to integrating with existing teams and we make it simple.
-
We handle this during onboarding by setting clear guidelines for what individual locations can and cannot post independently. Part of our multi-location strategy includes defining what content is centrally managed versus what can be posted locally, so your brand stays consistent even when individual offices are active on their own.
-
Our standard contract is 12 months. The front-loaded nature of multi-location onboarding, building a strategy across multiple accounts, establishing voice and content frameworks for each location, means the early months require significantly more time and investment than later months. Shorter contract options are available at a higher monthly rate. Six-month contracts run 25% higher per month than our 12-month rate, and three-month contracts run 50% higher. We will walk through the options during your discovery call.
-
Schedule a discovery call. That is where we learn about your organization, the number of accounts you need managed, your current situation, and what success looks like for you. If we are the right fit, your Strategic Onboarding is the next step and everything builds from there.
Let's Talk About Your Organization
You have enough on your plate. Social media should not be one more thing you are managing, chasing, or worrying about. That is our job.
If you are ready to hand it off to a team that has done this before, we are ready to get to work.
