Social Media Help Without the Long-Term Contract
NOT READY FOR A FULL PACKAGE? THAT’S OKAY. HERE’S WHERE TO START.
Not every business is ready for ongoing social media management, and that is not a bad thing. Maybe you are still figuring out your brand voice. Maybe you want to test the waters before committing to a monthly partnership. Maybe you just need someone to show up, shoot great content, or help you build a strategy you can actually follow.
Whatever brought you here, you are in the right place. We offer two ways to work with Bright & Gray Creative without a long-term contract.
Content Days
Two hours.
A real production team.
A full month of content.
A Content Day is exactly what it sounds like. We show up to your business, we shoot, and we leave you with a bank of photo and video content you can use across your social media, your website, and anywhere else your brand needs to show up.
Bright & Gray Creative was built on the back of a production company. Our team is led by a 20-year video production veteran and includes team members with broadcast film degrees. When we show up to your content day, we bring a team that knows how to make your business looks professional.
Content Days are available as a standalone booking at an introductory rate of $500 through July 31st. Reach out to lock in your session before the rate increases.

Yes, and it is one of the things that sets us apart. Content days are built into your Marketing Assessment so you start with a full bank of real, on-brand content from day one. Ongoing content days are required as part of every Small Business package. The cadence, whether that is monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly, is something we work out together during your discovery call based on your business, your volume, and what is actually going to move the needle.
Bright & Gray Creative was built on the back of a production company. Jason has spent 20 years as a video producer. Our Production Coordinator, Chloe, holds a broadcast film degree. When we show up to your content day, our team knows how to make your business look professional and elevated
A two-hour session gives us a minimum of one month of content for your account. We will also work with whatever your team captures throughout the month, behind-the-scenes moments, day-in-the-life content, the stuff that performs because it is real.

Not a problem. Bright & Gray Creative is based in Birmingham, but we work with clients across the Southeast and beyond. Strategy, content planning, calendar management, and ongoing social media management can all happen remotely without missing a beat.
For content days, we have a trusted network of contractors who can support shoots in other markets. For larger productions or high-stakes moments, our team travels. We have done it before and we are happy to do it again.

Yes, and here is why it matters.
Without it, we are guessing. Guessing at your audience, guessing at your voice, guessing at what your business actually needs from social media. But at Bright & Gray, we do not guess.
The Marketing Assessment is how we build the strategic foundation that guides every piece of content we create for you. It covers your brand voice, your audience, your market, and your goals before a single post goes live. You walk away with a clear north star for your content, and we walk away with everything we need to make it work.
We are not fans of posting for the sake of posting. This is how we make sure we never do it.
-
Most of our work focuses on Instagram and Facebook. Depending on your package and goals, we can add LinkedIn or TikTok to the mix. We will make platform recommendations during your Marketing Assessment based on where your audience actually spends time, not just where everyone says you should be.
-
As involved as you want to be. Some of our clients are in the GroupMe constantly, sending ideas, real-time moments, and behind-the-scenes content throughout the month. Others hand it off and trust us to handle it. Both work.
Your monthly touch base call with your dedicated lead is the one non-negotiable. That is where we align on what is coming up, what is working, and what is next. Everything else is up to you.
You run your business. We run your social media.

This is where working with Bright & Gray Creative is genuinely different. We are not a social media agency that outsources everything else and sends you to three other vendors when your needs grow. We are a full service creative studio, so branding, web design, photography, video production, and fractional marketing support all live under the same roof.
We have had clients completely rebrand or rebuild their website in the middle of a social media contract and the transition was seamless, because we already knew their business, their voice, and their audience. We already had a library of assets from their content days to pull from. That kind of continuity is hard to find and easy to take for granted until you have worked with agencies that cannot offer it.
-
Yes, and we do it at two levels. Every single post we publish has a defined KPI, or key performance indicator, which is the specific goal that post is designed to hit, whether that is reach, saves, comments, profile visits, or link clicks. That means we are never posting without a purpose. We review how individual posts are performing throughout the month and briefly cover performance highlights during your monthly touch base.
Every quarter you receive a full analytics report that looks at the bigger picture, what is working, what is not, and what we are adjusting because of it.
-
We can, and we do, but only when it makes sense and only in a way that is backed by data.
Before we put ad spend behind anything, we want to see how it performs organically first. Content that already resonates with your audience without paid support is content worth amplifying. We are never going to recommend ads as a shortcut or spend your budget on something we cannot justify with real performance data.
When we do run ads, it is intentional, strategic, and built around what we already know works for your account.
-
You would not be the first. Getting your accounts cleaned up and aligned is part of what your onboarding investment covers. That means profiles updated, bios rewritten, branding made consistent, and a solid foundation built before any content goes live. You do not need to have it all figured out before you come to us. That is part of what we are here for.
-
Our standard contract is 12 months, and here is why that matters. The first three to six months of any social media partnership are the most intensive. We are learning your audience, establishing your voice, building your content library, and figuring out what performs. It takes a solid three months before we have enough real performance data to make meaningful adjustments. By the time we hit that second quarter, things start to click, because we know what works and we can replicate it. The content bank is full, the audience is warmed up, and the strategy is dialed in. Cutting that process short before it has time to work is the number one reason social media management does not deliver results.
That said, we know 12 months is not the right fit for everyone. We offer 6-month and 3-month contracts as well. Shorter contracts carry a higher monthly rate because the upfront investment in your account is the same regardless of contract length. A 6-month contract runs 25% higher per month than our 12-month rate, and a 3-month contract runs 50% higher. The calculator on this page can help you run the numbers based on your posting frequency and contract length.

Schedule a discovery call. That is where we learn about your business, answer your questions, and figure out if we are the right fit. If we are, your Marketing Assessment is the next step and everything else builds from there.
We want to be honest with you about something before you reach out. Social media is a powerful tool. It is not a magic fix. It cannot save a business that does not have a solid product, a clear offer, or a reason for people to care. What it can do, when it is built on real strategy and real content, is put the right business in front of the right people at exactly the right moment.
If you have built something worth talking about, we will help you say it in a way that lands.
