Do you have any questions or thoughts about the previous question? * Are you interested in more of a "freelance" position, or more regular, guaranteed hours? * I would like to be used "freelance," or as needed I would like a minimum of 5-10 hours per week I'm open to either option. I would like 5-10 hours with the option for more over time. Do you have ideas on new business to potentially onboard as clients? This could be for social media, web design, photography, branding, or videography. You don't have to tell us who at this point ◡̈ We have budgeted a starting hourly rate of $18/hour, with the option to increase after 6 months. This position will be 1099, with many growth opportunities. We also would love to offer a commission for any new business that this person brings in and a one-time bonus. So, lots of room for growth!! We would also sign a 6 month contract with a 30 day notice on either end (we can discuss more) just to provide some "off ramps" if this role is not a good fit for you or your family. However, the goal would be for this to be long-term. Would you be able to agree to this compensation package and growth package? * Yes, I understand the terms and agree to them if I am offered this position.
