Meet Morgan Brown

As an Associate Photographer and Creative Assistant at Bright & Gray Creative, Morgan brings a creative eye and positive energy to every project. Whether she’s behind the camera, brainstorming ideas, or helping bring a vision to life through design, she thrives on making the creative process feel fun, purposeful, and true to the client’s story.

Morgan’s path to Bright & Gray has been anything but linear — and that’s what makes her perspective unique. After earning her degree in Biology from Birmingham-Southern College and a master’s in education from UAB, she taught middle school, worked as an environmental educator, and later joined an ed tech startup. In every role, creativity was the common thread, and photography and art remained her steady passion for more than a decade. Joining Bright & Gray felt like the perfect way to bring those worlds together.

Outside of work, Morgan pours her creativity into her home life. She lives in Crestwood with her husband, Dylan, and their baby girl, Isla. When she’s not photographing or designing, you can often find her painting for her Etsy shop, MorganBrownPaints, or curled up with a good book. Whatever she’s working on, Morgan brings a blend of creativity, warmth, and enthusiasm that makes every project feel personal and meaningful.
