Meet Jessica Morales

As Creative Director and co-owner of Bright & Gray Creative, Jessica Morales leads a talented team of designers and photographers, guiding projects in brand development, website design, and social media strategy. She thrives on helping clients hand over their vision with confidence, knowing she will shape it with excellence, integrity, and creativity.

Jessica’s heart for ministries and nonprofits runs deep, and she has also managed digital media campaigns for political candidates, collaborated with churches, and partnered with both small businesses and corporate clients. That wide-ranging experience gives her a unique perspective on how storytelling connects across industries and audiences.

She has worked in the creative field for more than 15 years, spanning corporate, nonprofit, and small business projects. In 2017, she launched The Storie Co., which merged with A Morales Production in 2024 to form Bright & Gray Creative. For years, she also wrote at hellojessicamorales.com, documenting her family’s adoption journey and shaping her philosophy that the best stories weave honesty, hope, humor, and heart.

Outside the office, Jessica leads a four-year-strong book club, serves on PTO at her kids’ elementary school, and treasures time with her family raising Brighten and Grady, alongside dogs Swanson and Rory. She also takes her role as an aunt very seriously, and loves spoiling her niece and nephews. As a lifelong Atlanta Braves fan, she loves sharing that obsession with her kids, and traveling to as many Major League Baseball parks as she can!
