Meet Jason Morales

As co-owner of Bright & Gray Creative, Jason Morales brings humor, creativity, and nearly two decades of production experience to every project. He thrives on making people feel at ease in front of the camera, and his portfolio spans weddings, nonprofits, corporate campaigns, and ministries. With more than 250 weddings filmed and countless brand and event videos produced, Jason leads with story and delivers visuals that feel both authentic and engaging.

Jason has worked in video production since college, where he filmed his first wedding in 2008. What began as a side project quickly grew into A Morales Production, which merged with The Storie Co. in 2024 to form Bright & Gray Creative. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience in large-scale live events while touring with Casting Crowns, shaping his ability to bring calm, expertise and a little laughter to every production.

Outside the office, Jason pours his energy into family and community. He’s dad to Brighten and Grady, dog-dad to Swanson and Rory, and a regular at “dad days” at the elementary school. He’s also a die-hard Orlando Magic fan, avid concert goer, and the guy who has seen every movie, knows every song, and looks forward to New Music Fridays like a holiday. And yes — he fully embraces his role as the dad-joke king.
