Jessica and Jason are both from Florida and Jessica talks about being from Destin a lot (like, really a lot).
What was your dream job as a kid? Is that still your dream job or how has that changed as you've started college?

Many times our childhood dreams lead us to our career path. We love to explore that with our interns and see how imagination drives action.
Do you have any interest or experience in photography or videography?

Jessica is a photographer and Jason is a videographer. We're always looking to add to our list of associate photographers and videographers.
If you could go anywhere in the world right now, where would it be?
*
I (Jessica) would go to London, take a train to Oxford, and take a tour of C.S. Lewis's house, The Kilns.
What are your thoughts on remote work, having a flexible job, and growth opportunities?
*
Jessica has been working remote since it was the cool thing to do. It takes a lot of discipline to self-pace, so we offer times to meet as a team to collaborate and work together each week. But a lot of this work can be done from a computer, so we run based off of deadlines, not certain hours in an office.
