Meet Ella Hillman

As a Creative Assistant at Bright & Gray Creative, Ella Hillman brings organization, energy, and a sky’s-the-limit attitude to every project. She thrives on turning ideas into action, supporting brand development, social media strategy, and photography with equal parts creativity and detail. Whether she’s crafting engaging posts, on-site with for a content day, or assisting on a photo shoot, Ella shows up with high energy, fresh ideas, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

Ella’s background is as versatile as her role. After graduating from Auburn University, she worked in food safety — a role that left her with endless random but helpful tidbits she now drops into conversations with the BGC team. She has also been a middle school teacher and wedding coordinator, each experience sharpening her ability to lead, adapt, and elevate the client experience. That breadth of perspective makes her an invaluable part of the Bright & Gray team, where she blends creativity with a heart for service.

Outside of work, Ella pours her creativity into her home life. She and her husband, Nic, are raising their daughters Calyn Kate and Camden, along with their beloved pups. She loves baking and is known for creating incredible eats for family and friends — always bringing both warmth and a personal touch to every gathering.
