Session Rates

Principal Photographer
$450 for the first hour
(1-hour minimum, due at booking to reserve your session date)

Additional time: $300 per hour
Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour

Associate Photographer
$350 for the first hour
(1-hour minimum, due at booking to reserve your session date)

Additional time: $175 per hour
Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour

Flexible Booking

All sessions have a minimum 2-hour booking window to allow time for photographer load-in and built-in margin during the shoot.

• There is a 1-hour shooting minimum.
  If we finish early, you’re only billed for the time used (rounded to the nearest 15 minutes).

• If we go beyond the first hour, additional time is billed at the applicable hourly rate in 15-minute increments.

This keeps sessions un-rushed and allows flexibility without unexpected overages.

You won’t have to guess what we’re capturing. We’ll create a shot list tailored to your brand so we get exactly what you need.

On-Location Shooting Time
60 minutes or more of photography, with flexibility built in if we need a little extra time.

Professional Lighting + Equipment
High-quality gear to make sure your images look polished and consistent, even in less-than-perfect lighting.

Guidance Every Step of the Way
Our photographers will help with posing, expressions, and flow so nothing feels awkward or forced.

Private Online Gallery
An easy, secure gallery where you can view and download your images.

Professional Editing
Every image is carefully edited to reflect your brand and keep everything looking cohesive.

Unlimited High-Resolution Images
You’ll receive all edited photos that you can use for your website, social media, and marketing materials.

Commercial Usage License
You’re free to use your images for marketing and promotional purposes (with standard usage guidelines, see below).

All images include a commercial usage license for your business’s own marketing and promotional use, including your website, social media, portfolio, and printed materials.

If images are used commercially outside of your own promotion (for example, by a third party such as a blog, publication, or magazine), the following applies:

Credit Requirement
Images may be used with photographer credit (for example: Photo by Bright & Gray Creative).

Non-Credit Option
If a third party prefers to use the images without photographer credit, a non-credit license is required.

• $200 per image

• Full gallery non-credit licenses:

  • Up to 50 images: $1,000

  • 51–100 images: $1,500

  • 101+ images: $2,000

This ensures proper attribution of creative work while allowing flexibility for third-party publications or white-labeled use.
